Novum House

Novum House is a contemporary new build house crafted to meet the needs of the Client for a beautiful, sustainable new home and sit sensitively in the surrounding conservation area. To ensure that the construction of the house provides the Client with a sustainable and thermally efficient home the external envelope is built using structurally insulated panels. These are finished in locally sourced stone, robust brickwork, and slate to ensure the longevity of the home as well creating a beautiful aesthetic. Internally locally crafted joinery is celebrated including the stair and curved handrail. Previously owned items are re-used in the timber screens in the Snug and re-glazed original Crittal doors to the Utility Room and Pantry.
